Agricultural Household Survey 2017

This published report of Agricultural Household Survey (AHS) conducted from July to September 2017, has been done to provide current data showing the situation of agriculture in households and it is a tool to be used in planning and monitoring of agriculture policies and programs.


EICV5_Thematic Report_ENR

This report presents and discusses results of EICV5 and compares them with the results that were generated in EICV4. It focuses on the areas of human settlement and the environment, energy and water resources, land management and environment related problems. In this report, most of tables provide results both for EICV4 and EICV5 and highlight developments over time. They also discuss different patterns across the provinces in Rwanda and in urban and rural areas.


Seasonal Agricultural Survey Report - 2017

The National Institute of Statistics of Rwanda (NISR) conducts the annual Seasonal Agricultural Surveys (SAS) covering all three agricultural Seasons in Rwanda: Season A that starts in September and ends with February of the following year; Season B that starts in March and ends with June of the same year; and Season C that starts in July and ends in September of the same year.

The National Institute of Statistics of Rwanda (NISR) conducts the annual Seasonal Agricultural Surveys (SAS) covering all three agricultural Seasons in Rwanda: Season A that starts in September and ends with February of the following year; Season B that starts in March and ends with June of the same year; and Season C that starts in July and ends in September of the same year.


Seasonal Agricultural Survey Report - Season A, 2016

Agricultural Survey (SAS) 2016 Season A from September 2015 to February 2016. This is the preliminary report highlighting the key results obtained from the survey related to farm characteristics (crop area under cultivation, production and yield), agricultural inputs (seeds, fertilizers and pesticides), agricultural practices (irrigation and anti erosion activities), and the use of production. An annual comprehensive SAS Survey report is to be published after covering all the three agricultural seasons.


EICV 4 THEMATIC REPORT - Environment and Natural Resources

The 6 thematic reports in this series are: (i) Economic Activity; (ii) Utilities and Amenities (water/sanitation/energy/housing/transport/ICT);  (iii) Environment and Natural Resources; (iv) Gender; (v) Youth; (vi) Education.

    Seasonal Agricultural Survey Report - 2015

    The 2015 Seasonal Agriculture Survey (SAS) was conducted by the National Institute of Statistics of Rwanda (NISR) and it covered three agricultural seasons (A, B and C) for the year 2015 in Rwanda. The survey provides data on background characteristics of the agricultural operators, faorm characteristics (area, yield and production), agricultural practices, agricultural inputs, agricultural equipment and use of crop production.


    Seasonal Agricultural Survey Report - Season B, 2015

    In 2015, the National Institute of Statistics of Rwanda (NISR) conducted Seasonal Agricultural Surveys (SAS) covering season B that starts in March 2015 and ends with June 2015. This is a summary of key results and related tables about land use, crop land, agricultural inputs, agricultural practices and production. An annual comprehensive SAS Survey report will be published after covering all three agricultural seasons.
